Please supply the following before work begins so I can complete your website within 3 working days:
• Access: WordPress, hosting and domain details, shared securely via a separate account where possible.
• Business details: Name, address, contact details, opening hours, service areas and a brief description.
• Branding: High-quality logo, colours, fonts and any brand guidelines.
• Content: Final, accurate text for each page in an editable format.
• Images: Quality visuals, placement guidance and permission to use them.
• Pages: Confirm the 4–5 pages, navigation order and any extra functionality.
• Social links: Full addresses of your active business profiles.
• Contact form: Recipient email, fields and confirmation message.
• Design: Examples you like and preferences to avoid.
• Legal wording: Approved privacy, cookie and other policies. Drafting assistance is not legal advice or a compliance guarantee; legal review and approval remain your responsibility.
• Feedback: Prompt, consolidated feedback and approvals from one main contact.
Important: The 3-working-day period starts once all materials and access are received and scope is agreed. Delays may extend delivery.
