Are you looking for someone to transcribe historical documents, court documents, handwritten notes, audio or video files? I can do this for you. Ensuring the results you receive will be free of any errors and will comply with your specifications.
Videos and audio files can be transcribed literally word for word, or filled pauses such as 'so', 'um', 'ah,' can be removed at the client’s request.
Where applicable the document can include line numbering, double line spacing, or timed margins, in most cases this will be needed for legal transcriptions and interrogations.

Where possible turnaround can be completed the same day for an extra one-off payment (see add-ons below), for larger projects the turnaround will be agreed upon at the start of the project, however most projects can be completed within 48 hours or less. For ongoing projects, the price can be negotiated.
Documents containing personal or private data is of upmost importance and GDPR will be followed at all times. For any documents that need information to be redacted I can do this for an extra fee which you can find in the add-ons below.
For handwritten documents including cursive handwriting turnaround can vary depending on the quality of the handwriting, however in most cases it can be completed within 24 - 48 hours. For larger projects turnaround can vary and will be agreed upon before the project is started.
For video or audio transcription same day turnaround applies to files that are 60 minutes or less, for anything longer than this please refer to the add on offers below.
What the Freelancer needs to start the work
In order to complete the transcription I will need the files you wish to be transcribed, the format you will require the final documents to be in, where possible an example template of how you would like the layout of the document, any logos that will need to be added to the document must be sent at the start of the project. Check the add-ons carefully and choose the ones that you require before making a payment.
