HITL Review Interface — Human Approval Workflow for AI Decisions

I will build a human review interface for your AI system — presenting AI decisions or proposed actions with supporting context, confidence scores, and reasoning for efficient human review, enabling reviewers to approve, reject, or modify AI outputs with minimal cognitive load. Review interfaces designed without attention to reviewer cognitive load consistently produce rubber-stamping — reviewers who are presented with too much information, unclear presentation of what needs review, or no confidence signal default to approving everything without genuine review, negating the oversight value. A well-designed HITL interface presents exactly the right information for a high-quality review decision in under 30 seconds.

The interface covers AI output and reasoning presentation, confidence score display, approve/reject/modify action options, batch review for high-volume scenarios, reviewer notes, and an audit log of all review decisions.
