Using professional office transcription facilities, I offer the following core service:

If you have a longer file, additional time is charged at a lower rate from just 70p per media minute (charged in rounded-up blocks of ten minutes). Just select the Add-Ons you need to cover your project. For even longer projects or enhanced grades (semi verbatim or verbatim), please contact me with details for a custom quote.
Should you prefer, you can opt to receive your transcription in your own document template. You can also choose to include timestamps - again, just choose from the Add-Ons below, available at fixed costs per document, regardless of duration.
Confidentiality is assured* with media deleted from my system 24 to 48 hours following the conclusion of a job (unless agreed otherwise; excludes project metadata and files held in the PPH WorkStream).
Please note that the advertised turnaround time changes depending on availability, as well as overnights (UK), due to the nature of the platform that permits unannounced purchases at any time. Add-ons may require additional time as indicated. In any case, where you require a guaranteed same-day return or completion faster than is advertised, then you MUST contact me ahead of purchase to determine if this is available. No liability is accepted for any delivery that a buyer perceives as late but where it is still within the official PPH deadline as given at the time of purchase and where the buyer has not made prior arrangements with me.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
- The source audio or video file. You can send this via the PeoplePerHour Workstream where it is under 20MiB in size. Otherwise via DropBox or similar, FTP (your server), web download or email. Please note: I cannot usually accept media hosted on video sites such as YouTube; an actual media file is required.
- If you have chosen to have the transcription typed into your own template, please supply a copy of that template in Microsoft Word format.
- Particularly in the case of professionally produced media, you will need to certify that you have the right to authorise me to make a text copy of the works in question and that you will accept any liability for rights infringements in the event of a claim by the rights holder.
