I am a Customer Service Specialist. To me, customer service made me realize that patience is a skill that can be mastered. Every satisfied customer is a "free advertisement" for the company. There is no losing when you have patience, empathy, and a quick wit when it comes to customer service.
I am also a teacher. I was an English instructor at one of the universities in our area. As a teacher, I am a strong believer in neurodiversity and inclusion regardless of the student's age, orientation, cultural practices, and behavior.
I am a writer. My passion has always been about writing; creatives, technical, blogs, socialmedia posts, and essays. I've always been able to express myself better in writing and this one defines me.
