Laugh out loud if you must but the truth is this hour may be the most productive hour you've spent in the last year.
The hour is broken up into two sessions.
Session 1: Will be an introductory interview where you will explain your core business to me and any marketing methods you are pursuing that are not meeting your expectations.
I will write a synopsis based on the initial session interview which will include perspectives to enhance the marketing methods you are deploying or simply suggest you kick them to the curb.
Session 2: Will be a review of the synopsis containing the recommendations submitted to you.
There will be no further documentation proceeding Session 2 as the recommendations are outlined in the documentation produced from the initial session.
What to expect:
Rome wasn't conquered in day so don't expect to walk away from this process completely victorious. The battle is just beginning!
What you should expect is a low level document with key points to focus on to drive your business further.
Using my 3rd person perspective and your own gut instincts you should be able to instigate some key decisions you likely have already been mulling over.
I act as an intermediary to bounce ideas off of and discuss the what if's.
The point is you'll get good advice from a seasoned professional who has a broad knowledge base .
What the Seller needs to start the work
1. A brief overview of your company and the services you offer in writing would be helpful
2. If you have a domain please include the URL
3. If you have a mobile application please provide the link (Android and Apple Only)
If the app requires payment to download it then please provide free app code I can use to grab it.
4. If you are kickstarting your project and don't have any real scope or technical documentations don't worry I can get around this.
