- Active Master SKU List: An up-to-date spreadsheet of all current SKUs, descriptions, current stock levels, and reorder points.

- Supplier Contact Directory: A list of active suppliers, including primary contact emails, account numbers, and standard lead times.

3. Workflow & Operational Guidelines
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Any existing documentation on how you currently handle purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, or freight forwarding.
