Well, this is where I can offer you my support. My package offering has been developed to provide homeowner customers with a tailored design service for small single storey renovations/extensions.
Step 1:
Using existing measured survey drawings, you will receive 2 hand-drawn, to scale, design proposals based on your brief - sent to you in a pdf format via email.
Step 2:
Upon receiving your email and associated comments, I will proceed with making the necessary and suitable design changes to your most preferred scheme and formulate these into a final hand-drawn scheme ready to be later electronically translated into AutoCAD. All delivered by a fully qualified UK Architect with over 14 years residential experience.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
A Customer Brief - highlighting what they hope to achieve and reasons why they want to do the renovation (include within the brief description areas/rooms you would like me to incorporate into the new proposal. For example; as part of the overall renovation project, including the new extension, I would like an open plan kitchen, living, dining area, complete with new utility, and downstairs WC/Shower room etc).

Existing Internal and External Photographs of the home. Please ensure, when taking external pictures, include any manholes, boundary fence, walls or structures that are on the site.
