As a Xero Certified Partner, I take time to understand you, and your business needs to ensure you get the best set up for you.
The quickest way to do this is with a quick chat, find out where you are starting out from, what you need set up, your business needs, e.g. are you multi currency, VAT registered, need to track stock items, having different parts of your business you want to track, etc.
I will then get Xero up and running for you, including creating your chart of accounts, connecting to your bank to automatically pull in transactions, entering your opening balances, importing relevant existing information you have in a current system.
I could also provide some basic training on how to perform day to day tasks e.g. Entering invoices, reconciling the bank etc
If you wanted to use my services going forward in any capacity, eg book keeping, quarterly reporting or advisory support, I could then put you onto my Xero Partner Program where you could avail of discounted subscription fees (10%-20% off)
What the Seller needs to start the work
During the initial call I will ask lots and lots of questions about your business and what you need, but don't worry, it will be in non-accountant speak!
I will also need any existing information you have in a current system, but again, we can talk about that.
