- Sending to one person, a staff group, or different people for different events
- Telegram buttons to mark an order as accepted or shipped, which also updates the status on your site where the platform allows it

WhatsApp messages go through the WhatsApp Business API (Meta's Cloud API or Twilio). Meta charges per message for some message types, billed to your account. Telegram alerts cost nothing to send.
