To use & activate coupon code:
Create new ads using primary payment. (Visa, Master Cards or Paypal).
Wait until Facebook ads approved it. (!important, please notice this)
Go to Payment Methods tab in your ads manager under Billing.
Click the Add New Payment Methods at the top right of the Payment Methodspage.
Select Facebook Ad Coupon and click Continue.
