I audit up to 5 pages, or a mix that includes up to 2 key journeys (such as homepage to booking form), across four areas: usability, performance, conversion and copy. Journeys are reviewed up to the final step; I don't submit forms or make purchases. Each area gets a score out of 10 and a checklist of what passed and what needs work.
You finish with a Top 5 Fixes list ranked by impact and effort, written so you can hand it straight to a developer or copywriter.
