What I will deliver (depending on the package you pick):
A responsive single-page or multi-page web application built with React (frontend) and Node.js/Express (backend).
Database schema and implementation with PostgreSQL (or another agreed SQL DB).
RESTful API endpoints required by the feature set (authentication, CRUD for primary resources).
User authentication (email/password) with secure password hashing and session or JWT handling.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Provide these items before work begins:
A clear single paragraph describing the core feature or pages you want (what should the app do?).
Access to any existing repo (GitHub/GitLab) or confirm a new repo is required.
If app replaces or integrates with existing systems, API docs or credentials for test environment.
Preferred stack notes (if you prefer Next.js, TypeScript, Laravel, etc.) or confirm default: React + Node.js + PostgreSQL.
Any design assets or reference links (Figma, screenshots, example sites).
Preferred domain or deployment target if you want deployment included.
