What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I will need either a 2 hour session with you and/or team members, or 5 hours if a deeper analysis is required, a view of current processes, a view of your business model, assets, software used, product(s)/service and strategy. Access to existing documents and any regulatory and/or compliance requirements.
This is the minimum requirement to proceed; anything less would likely require additional resources and time.
