What the Freelancer needs to start the work
1. A description of what is going wrong, and when it started - a screenshot of any error message helps a lot.
2. Your website address.
3. Admin login for your site (WordPress admin, Shopify staff account, or equivalent). For some fixes I will also need hosting or FTP access - I will tell you if so.
Please do not send passwords until after you order - use the PPH message thread once we have started, and change them afterwards if you would like to.
