What you get with this Offer
A white screen or "critical error" message means visitors cannot see your site. I trace the cause and restore access with a backup taken first.
WHAT I DO
- Back up the current files and database
- Read the error log and find the plugin, theme or PHP cause
- Disable or repair the faulty part
- Test the front end and admin area
WHAT YOU GET
- Your site working again
- A short note on what caused the error
- Advice to avoid it next time
WHAT I NEED FROM YOU
- Hosting, FTP or file manager access
- The error text or a screenshot
GOOD TO KNOW
Covers one error cause on one site. Hacked sites, broken servers or full redesigns are not included. If the cause is outside my reach I tell you before charging more. I am a Shopify marketing, SEO and web developer, and I work with clients here on PeoplePerHour.
