What the Freelancer needs to start the work

Once a buyer orders, ask them to send over:

WordPress admin login (username + password), or a temporary admin account created just for you
Hosting access — either hosting control panel login (cPanel/Plesk) or FTP/SFTP details, in case deeper server-level fixes are needed (caching rules, .htaccess, PHP settings)
Site URL (if not already given at inquiry stage)
Any existing speed test report they've already run (GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights, etc.) — saves you a duplicate first audit
Staging site access, if one exists — safer to test changes there first before pushing to live
Any known constraints — e.g. "don't touch this plugin," seasonal traffic spikes, recent redesign, or anything they suspect is already causing issues
Preferred contact method for check-ins/updates during the work (PPH messages, email, etc.)
