• A clear description of the API issue or integration required
• API documentation or Swagger/OpenAPI link if available
• The endpoint(s) involved
• Expected request and response examples
• Relevant error messages, logs or screenshots
• Source code or repository access to the affected application
• Temporary server or application access if required
• Test/sandbox API credentials when authentication is required
Please do not send production secrets unless absolutely necessary. Test or temporary credentials are preferred whenever available.
If the API has a sandbox or test environment, please provide access to it.
