What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To get started, please provide:
• A clear description of the issue and what you expected to happen
• The URL/page where the problem occurs
• Any error messages or screenshots, if available
• Temporary WordPress administrator access
• Hosting, cPanel, FTP/SFTP or database access only if required to diagnose or fix the issue
• Details of any recent WordPress, theme, plugin or server changes related to the problem
If possible, please provide access to a staging/test environment. If changes must be made directly on the live website, I recommend having a recent backup available before work begins.
For security, temporary credentials are preferred and can be removed or changed after the work is completed.
