- Environment details: Programming language & tech stack, Operating system (Windows/Linux/macOS)
- Database used (if relevant)
- Any dependencies or versions that matter
- Steps to reproduce the issue: Help me recreate the problem on my end
- Expected outcome: What do you want the fixed result to look like?
- Credentials (if needed)
- Temporary access to a test environment or database (if remote debugging is required)
