Fix Amazon Canada Disease, Medical & Pathogen Claims Issues
- Views 1
What you get with this Offer
I will identify the claims or catalogue content causing the issue, review them against Amazon’s current requirements, make the appropriate permitted corrections, and submit or respond through the relevant Amazon process where required.
You will receive a short written record explaining what was changed, why it was changed, and what to monitor afterwards. If I identify a related compliance issue while reviewing the listing, I’ll flag it rather than leave it unresolved.
The service is focused on bringing the listing into compliance and does not guarantee Amazon approval or removal of a restriction.
Pricing is based on volume. Larger requirements can be handled through a custom offer.
What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Amazon Canada Seller Central access through Amazon's authorised user-permission system, where required.
Affected ASINs/SKUs — List the products affected by the disease, medical or pathogen claims issue. Ideally include the ASIN, SKU and product name.
Amazon's notification or error message — Provide the exact compliance notification, suppression message or policy warning. Screenshots are useful if the notification is only visible inside Seller Central.
Product documentation, where available — Provide relevant supporting documents if Amazon requires substantiation. Depending on the product and issue, this may include certifications, test reports, regulatory documentation, manufacturer documentation or other evidence.
Product and claim information — Any relevant details about the product's intended use, packaging, current listing content and the claims being made.
Note: I will review the Amazon requirement, identify the problematic claims, make permitted catalogue changes and submit or respond as appropriate. Amazon retains the authority to take the final decision
