What you get with this Offer
I've worked with Linux servers for years, mostly Ubuntu and Debian, and a lot of them on AWS EC2. I'm also an AWS Certified Developer.
Things people usually need help with:
- the site or app stopped working after an update or a reboot
- Nginx or Apache errors, or an SSL certificate that expired
- the disk is full, or the server is slow or keeps crashing
- a service or a cron job that won't start
- you can't connect over SSH, or a firewall rule blocks something
This offer covers up to 2 hours of work. When I'm done I'll tell you what was wrong, what I changed and what to keep an eye on. If it turns out to be a bigger job, I'll stop and tell you first, and we agree on the extra time before I go on.
Not sure if your problem fits? Send me a message before you buy.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
1. What's wrong: what you see, since when, and any error messages.
2. SSH access. Best is a separate user with sudo and my public key, which I'll send you. Please don't send me your root password.
3. If the server is on AWS, the instance and the region.
