What you get with this Offer
Your course plays perfectly on its own, but the LMS is not recording it. Or it will not upload at all. This is the job of finding out why, and fixing it.
Send me the package and tell me what your LMS is doing, or not doing. The usual suspects:
Completion never registers, or registers the moment the course opens
Score comes through as zero, or not at all
The learner starts from the beginning every time
The package is rejected on upload
It works in one LMS and not in another
What comes back:
A working package, retested before it reaches you
A plain English explanation of what was actually wrong
If the fault turns out to be in your LMS settings rather than the package, I tell you that and what to change
If it turns out to be something I cannot fix from the package alone, I will tell you in the first few hours and refund you, rather than bill you for the investigation.
