Find the 3 processes worth automating - and what they cost you
- Views 15
What you get with this Offer
A 45 minute call, then I map what your business actually does day to day and put numbers against it.
WHAT YOU GET
Every repetitive process mapped, with hours per month and a cost attached
The three worth automating first, ranked by payback period
The ones that should not be automated, and the reason why
A tool recommendation for each, with honest reasoning rather than whatever I prefer selling
A fixed build quote for each of the three, so you can decide with real numbers instead of a guess
WHAT THIS USUALLY TURNS UP
Chasing unpaid invoices by hand
Re-keying the same data between two systems that do not talk to each other
Compiling the same report every week
Onboarding steps that could be triggered instead of remembered
Inbox rules that a person is running in their head
WHAT I WILL TELL YOU NOT TO AUTOMATE
Anything with a real human relationship in it. Anything that changes shape every time. Anything you do twice a month. These cost more to build and maintain than they ever save, and most people selling automation will not tell you that because the build is where their money is.
WHY ME
I lead engineering on an AI Automation platform and build agentic workflows that run in production, using LangGraph and Inngest for orchestration and durable execution. I have also delivered systems for property management and e-commerce clients, so I have seen where operational time actually goes in a small business rather than in theory.
Based in West Africa on UTC+1, so a full working day of overlap with UK and European hours.
The report is yours whether or not you have me build any of it.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To get started I need:
1. A 45 minute call, video or audio, whichever you prefer
2. A rough list of the tools you already pay for, for example your CRM, accounting, email, project tracker and any spreadsheets that matter
3. Roughly how many people touch each process we discuss
4. Read only access or screenshots of any Zapier, Make or n8n workflows you already run
No credentials needed. Read only access is enough, and screenshots are fine if you would rather not grant access at all.
If a process turns out to be more complex than it looked on the call, I will say so and price it honestly rather than quoting low to win the build.
