What the Seller needs to start the work
1. Details of the mark to be registered. If the mark is a logo I will need a JPG file.
2. Details of the goods and/or services that you want to use the mark on.
3. The full name and address of the person or company that is going to own the mark.
4. Please confirm that the mark is being used in the UK (or if not that you have a genuine intention to use the mark).
