What you get with this Offer
From the Number 1 Supplier of Legal Services on PPH.
Do you need expert representation at a Tribunal hearing in England & Wales? I provide a professional legal advocacy service for;
Employment Tribunals
Social Security/DWP appeals
Universal Credit & ESA appeals
CSA matters.
Legal Representation is a highly specialised area of Law. The price indicated is per day or part thereof.
With clear advice, strategic preparation, and confident representation, I’ll help you present your case effectively and assertively. I will of course review the documents/ file/ evidence/ reports you supply about your case or appeal, prior to the hearing (up to 50 pages. Additional pages are charged as below).
The (non-legally trained or regulated) Representatives that the CSA, Universal Credit and ESA/ Disability departments send don’t care about you or natural justice. They are purely focused upon believing you are a liar, and beating down your case. Make no mistake - these individuals are ruthless, and will do and say anything to have the Tribunal panel/ Judge side with them against you. I have heard some shocking untruths told over the years.
That’s why expert representation to speak on your behalf and deliver your case or appeal with a full knowledge of the Law, can make the difference between win or lose.
Secure representation that gets results - book now with confidence.
PLEASE NOTE: Travel and any required overnight stays are charged separately. All due fees must be paid at least 3 working days before your hearing date.
About me:
I am a fully trained, experienced and regulated Legal Practitioner, and I have been providing Tribunal Assistance for over 30 years. I run a full-time UK Law Firm aimed at helping people like you, to resolve their difficulties in plain, easy to understand language without the soft-soap or legal waffle.
All my fees are competitively priced. This is exactly the same advice you would receive from a High Street Solicitor, avoiding their eye watering Fat-Cat Solicitor fees.
I offer all the law at half the cost. The advice and work given will be in easy to understand, plain English, protect your interests and firmly give you the advantage. Using my low cost online legal service, you can obtain customised, cost-effective, bullet-proof legal support, so why settle for less?

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I need your contact details to hold an exploratory chat, plus a copy of your papework which is being used/ relied upon at the Tribunal Hearing. A brief timeline narrative would also be of great use. Copies of correspondence from the Government Agency concerned is essential.
Please note: Immigration Appeals and HMRC Appeals are specifically excluded. You need a different Advisor for this type of work.
