What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To get started, please provide:

3. **KPIs:** Up to 8 performance measures you'd like to track, such as sales, productivity, customer satisfaction or operational efficiency.
4. **Targets:** Any existing performance targets or benchmarks. If you don't have these, I can help you establish sensible initial targets.
5. **Reporting requirements:** How you'd like to view performance, including preferred charts, comparisons or management reporting information.
6. **Branding:** Your company logo and preferred colours, if you'd like the dashboard customised to your business.
