Enterprise NLU Platform — Multi-Language Understanding

I will build an enterprise NLU platform supporting multiple languages and multiple conversational domains — covering a shared NLU infrastructure serving different applications (customer service, internal helpdesk, sales assistant, or your specified use cases), with domain routing directing queries to the appropriate domain model, centralised training data management, model performance monitoring, and a continuous improvement pipeline incorporating production feedback. Enterprise NLU systems serving multiple applications need shared infrastructure rather than isolated per-application models — reducing duplication, enabling cross-application learning, and providing unified visibility into NLU quality across the organisation.

The platform covers domain routing classifier, per-domain NLU models with shared entity types, multilingual model configuration, centralised training data management, production performance monitoring, and a feedback pipeline for continuous model improvement.
