I will build an enterprise function calling framework — a standardised library of approved, tested, and monitored function definitions shared across all LLM applications in your organisation, with a function registry, version management, access control, usage analytics, and development guidelines ensuring consistent quality across all tool implementations. Without a shared function framework, every LLM application team independently implements the same fundamental tools (database query, email send, calendar check, document read) with inconsistent quality, no shared security standards, and no cross-application usage visibility — a shared framework eliminates this duplication and establishes quality standards that all function implementations must meet.

The framework covers a shared function registry, function implementation standards and templates, security review process for new functions, version management with backward compatibility, access control per function, cross-application usage analytics, and a developer guide for contributing new functions.
