WHAT I NEED FROM YOU TO GET STARTED:
1. Your website/domain name (e.g., yourcompany.com)
2. What you use to send emails — Gmail, Outlook, Mailchimp, etc.
3. Access to make changes to your domain settings — either:
• Log in to where you bought your domain (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.), so I can fix it directly, OR
• I'll send you simple copy-paste instructions if you'd rather do it yourself
4. A screenshot of an email that went to spam (if you have one) — helps me find the problem faster
