What the Freelancer needs to start the work

The photo! A RAW file is preferred but any file type is OK. You can either send it to me by email or I will set up a shared Dropbox / Google Drive folder so we can send the photo backwards and forwards.

Other than that, just some direction and instructions about what you would like to do with your photo! Perhaps you have a sample of an effect you would like me to recreate?
