Draw up to 3 layout options for a residential room

As a qualified Interior Designer with over 10 years working in the industry, I have extensive knowledge of how to get the most out of any space. I can work up to 3 layout options (with or without furniture blocks) for residential rooms so that you can see which layout will help you achieve the space you want. If you are stuck with planning the space in an existing room or a new house, I can help you decide what's best. Or do you have one room that you are looking to adapt into 2 rooms, or something similar? I can help. If you have an open-plan living area and want to look at options for the best layout for the kitchen, dining and living room, I can work up the options for you to review and decide from. I charge a little extra for the options for one large open-plan space (as it's more like 3 rooms combined!) so please let me know or select the open plan additional charge below.

I can work up options for more rooms for an additional charge and I can provide other extras including a finishes board and 3D visual for an additional charge.

To start, I will require the dimensions of the room from you, either as sketched plan or an estate agents plan, and any specific furniture or areas you want me to include in the plan (for example, a desk area or a dining table to seat 8 etc).
