What the Freelancer needs to start the work

I will need a reference image from you , what portrait you want to be drawn. In case you don’t have one and there is a portrait of imagined portrait, I can also find the reference photo by myself and confirm it with you before drawing. Also I will need the comments whether you want the portrait to be more realistic or more stylised.
