This service covers the preparation and filing of a UK trademark application. Here's what’s included:
Availability Search: I’ll check if your trademark is available.
Specifications Drafting: I’ll research and draft the specifications for filing.
Application Filing: I’ll prepare and submit the application on your behalf.
Trademark Classes: I’ll advise on suitable classes and devise acceptable specifications for your goods or services.
Costs:
The price excludes IPO fees. The official fee for filing one trademark in one class under the UK "Rights Start" scheme is £200. Additional classes incur extra costs, which we can discuss in detail.
If you decide not to proceed after the search, a fee of £80 applies for the search and report.
Important Notes:
Registration outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as Registry decisions and objections by other trademark owners are unpredictable. Additional costs apply to address objections, and I’ll provide a quote if necessary.
If search results suggest significant issues, I may decline to proceed with the application, and your escrow funds will be refunded (minus the search fee).

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Please provide details about your brand/trademark (if it's a logo or figurative, upload a .jpg file) and the products/services the trademark will be used for. Also, include the name and address of the trademark owner (applicant). If the applicant is a company, please provide the company registration number.
