Draft change of name deed

You can change your name by statutory declaration or deed poll. A statutory declaration need swearing in front of a solicitor who will charge you 5 pounds fixed fee. A deed poll simply needs witnessing by a third party.
Neither document needs registering anywhere and is ready to go once it is executed.
I will send you a draft document for approval and do unlimited changes for you. I will then email the final document, along with instructions of how and where to sign it.
You are then good to go and to send the document to the passport agency, bank, or local authority, DVLA, etc.
