ADDITIONAL PROTECTIONS

IP assignments or licences, data processing agreements and other standalone contracts are not included and may require a separate legal service.

- Who will be sharing confidential information: one party only or both parties.
- The type of confidential information involved, such as business information, client data, pricing, know-how, software, designs, technical information, financial information or other sensitive material.
- Who may need access to the information, such as employees, contractors, advisers or other representatives.
- How long you expect the relationship or discussions to last, and any preference regarding the confidentiality period, if you have one.
- The countries or jurisdictions connected with the parties or relationship, if relevant.
- Any particular risks, concerns or protections you want the NDA to address.

You may also attach any existing NDA, template, draft, previous agreement, written terms or other relevant document you would like me to consider.
