What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To create your Done-For-You Property Funnel, I’ll need a few details so I can tailor everything perfectly to your business:
1. Business Info
A short description of your business (e.g. deal sourcing, rent-to-rent, investor attraction, lettings, etc.), your main goal for the funnel (leads, calls, or sales), and who your ideal client or investor is. Don’t worry if you’re not sure — we’ll clarify this together during your kick-off call.
2. Branding & Content
Your logo, brand colours or website link, and any images or testimonials you’d like included. If you already have a lead magnet or offer (e.g. free guide, course, or service), please provide the basic content or bullet points.
3. Tech Access
Access to your Go High Level account (or I can host your funnel for 12 months), plus your domain name and business email for automations.
4. Kick-Off Call
Once I’ve received your assets, we’ll book a 60–90 minute strategy call to map your funnel, refine your message, and agree the timeline.
You’ll receive a simple onboarding form after purchase — no tech experience needed. I’ll take care of the setup, testing, and hosting so you can focus on growing your property business.
