Each month I’ll keep your Xero books up to date, so you always know where your business stands. That covers:
Bank reconciliation for the month
Supplier bills and expenses entered and coded to the right accounts
Sales invoices checked, and unpaid ones flagged so you can chase them
A short note on anything odd or missing
The Standard and Premium packages also include a monthly profit and loss summary, and Premium includes your UK VAT return.
I don’t cover filing with HMRC on your behalf, or catching up on several months of old records. If your books are behind, message me first and I’ll quote the catch-up separately.
You send the documents, I get started straight away, and I deliver within the time shown. If I spot a problem, I’ll tell you early.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To get started, I’ll need:
Xero access (invite me as an advisor), or your bank statements for the month
Your sales and purchase invoices or receipts
A quick note on anything unusual that month, like a large purchase or a refund
If I’m missing something, I’ll message you early so it doesn’t hold up your books.
