All I would need is your deposit, the go-ahead, a full concept/idea of what you need and all the images and content for your site along with a sort of layout of how you would like the site to look. Send me links to sites you like with descriptions of what you want to achieve.
Once there is that, sit back and anticipate the awesome, at the end of the process you will be amazed and you will have your very own parallax scrolling site like the Big Boys or Web Geeks but you would be one up on them, you would either not have paid half of what they paid or have not have spent half the time they spent!
