Hi, you may need some remote bookkeeping support of exceptional quality. I am a chartered accountant and offer back office support to small business.
Here's what can be done in 1 hour (or 60 minutes) in XERO, Quickbooks or Zoho. Less could be done in SAGE or NetSuite due to more convoluted nature of the transaction capture process.
Up to 60 simple transactions can be captures including existing attachments
or
Up to 20 bank rules can be set up to ease your reconciliation in the future
or
depending on automation from 60 to 300 bank lines can be cleared
or
Invoice upload / Bills upload can be prepared for up to 1000 transactions without attachments
More is possible but it depends on a regular support of your business and understanding of your business

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
If you are a new client than at least 30 mins is required for discussion about your business or handover from the prior bookkeeper, a review of your software set up and preparation of the job. Your time is appreciated.
You will need to provide
a remote system access (a user log in at bookkeeper level or higher)
the bookkeeping data (bank statements or bank log in, documents to be captured (dropbox or googledrive or another electronic repository can be arranged)
