What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I need control philosophy for the process of the project so that i can develop the routine and p&id if ever there is an scada system to be develop or just a any drawing that will be a reference including equipment names so that when i create a tag in the PLC I can uniform the names for easy troubleshooting.
