I can build machine learning models to all your data sets using different models like Neural Networks, Logistic Regression, Linear Regression, TIme-Series Analysis with ARIMA, Random Forest algorithm and many more.
I can suggest a delivery date once I receive the data set and normally I can handover a properly tuned model with output files within 2-3 days. I use Jupiter Notebook as well as Google Colab to train the models. If there is a special request from the client to workout in MATLAB and R, I can provide the necessary models in those environments as well.
Normally I will use frameworks like keras and tensorflow to build neural networks but as per request from the client models build from fundamental concepts without any frameworks can also be provided
