I will need the following information to begin work:

1. FTP/Cpanel Access
2. Theme Files & related documentation in a zip folder
3. Graphic files in zip folder (including your logo and other images that you want me to add to the website)
4. List of changes required in a text file

Please note that your logo must be in png format with transparent background and dimensions must meet with the theme.
If you don't know than please ask me in advance, I will send you the dimensions for the graphics.
