-Company registered address – if you like, you can use our office address as the registered office address
-Nature of the Business – Please select the SIC from the list in the link http://resources.companieshouse.gov.uk/sic/
-National Insurance Number for Director & Shareholder
-Proof of ID for Director & Shareholder
-Proof of Address for Director & Shareholder
-No of Shares of the company and Shares allocation between shareholders (we normally keep 100 shares of £1 each for the company
