I will provide 3 x design options for your house renovation. I will analyse your current house's potential and present 3 different layout in hand-sketch (in scale) that each explains the pros and cons, together with material / style options. It aims to help you decide what kind of work you would like to go for before investing more. If you would like to go further, I can develop one of the design and provide CAD drawings as a next step.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Please provide your personal story and wishes for your house renovations, and the history of the current house scenario. Please navigate me with the photographs and existing dimensions of the house. Survey drawings would be ideal if you'd like to continue the work after the initial sketch stage.
