What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Please provide:
• The WordPress website URL
• A brief description of the performance problem you are experiencing
• Examples of pages that feel particularly slow
• Temporary WordPress administrator access
• Hosting, cPanel, FTP/SFTP or database access only if required
• Details of your hosting provider and PHP version, if available
• Any recent plugin, theme, WordPress or server changes
• Information about caching, CDN or performance plugins currently in use
• Any PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix or Core Web Vitals results you already have, if available
If possible, please provide access to a staging environment. If changes must be made directly on the live website, I recommend having a recent backup available before work begins.
For security, temporary credentials are preferred and can be changed or removed after the work is completed.
