I can develop a simple app for the Android OS for you. Here is a sample list what it could be:

- contains photos (preloaded or downloaded automatically from a facebook page) and the user can use them as background on the device

- shows your youtube videos - chosen by you or your channel

- a 1:1 version of your website, something as a bookmark, designed to open as an app

- RSS feeds

- Online radio/audio listening

- A simple HTML website built as an app.

P.S. The price does not include uploading to Google Play. It will cost additional payment to sign up an account there for you. I cannot use my account there to upload your apps for that price. Will provide you the .apk file.
