Develop a fully functional WordPress website with hosting for 1 year

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOURLY
Do not use this service, you will be asked for payment half way into the project and that is as far as it will go you will not get the work completed. THAT'S TRUE.
Invoice was sent to me in advance (against the PPH policy) to release the monies , I just paid it in good faith that she might speed up the work.
She is incompetent. She left quote form incomplete. She uploaded site on the server with faults. What I saw was a BLANK PAGE on the web. The hosting company was cleared not to have problem with their servers but something to do with the web developer they advised.
When she could not fix the problem, She then put the website on her server but with wrong homepage which run on the web for 24hours until I saw it and had to hire somebody else immediately to build a new site and put it live within 24hrs.
Messages are seen but not replied in timely manner which I guess she makes people to pay her in advance in the middle of the project.
This hourly have damaged me so much
