5. **Design preferences:** Your preferred chatbot name, welcome message, brand colors, and logo, if available.
6. **Website access:** Access to your website or assistance from your developer for installing the chatbot.
7. **AI provider:** Your preferred AI provider/API access, if already available. Otherwise, we can agree on a suitable provider and its usage costs.

Please do not share passwords or secret API keys directly in the order messages. Secure access can be arranged where required.
