What the Freelancer needs to start the work
All I need for the basic idea:
--Sketch with dimensions
--2d plan with measurements
--Any information and specific details about the layout
--Any samples or images reference for the style
--Any materials samples or similar.
I will use 3d models from my libraries, except you need some special 3d models of furniture pieces to be modeled (needs further discussion)
